Authenticate the integration
Once the connector is enabled and access is authorised, send the token in the Authorization header with the Bearer prefix. Store the token on your server. Read the signed-in user first to verify which identity the integration uses. GET /connector/api/user/loggedin
Read the catalogue
Fetch business locations, then query products for the relevant location using location_id. For a first request, limit the page to ten products. Read the following pages to process the full catalogue. GET /connector/api/product?per_page=10
Create and reconcile a transaction
The connector supports reading and creating contacts, sales and expenses. To match an external sale to a customer, identify the contact first and reconcile the SCALERP response with the source system’s reference. GET /connector/api/contactapi · GET /connector/api/sell
Investigate an error
If authentication fails, check the domain and token validity. After a network interruption during creation, look up the transaction before retrying. Give support the method, path and HTTP status with the token redacted.
