Seller and scope

SCALERP is published by ZZOLV SARL, a Moroccan company that sells direct subscriptions. If Paddle invoices your order, you buy the subscription from Paddle as reseller and we provide the software. Your receipt identifies the seller for your purchase. The Paddle Buyer Terms govern transactions made through Paddle.

Service and plan

A subscription gives authorised users in your business access to the features included in the plan you choose. Modules, user limits, locations and usage allowances vary by plan. Before ordering, check how many colleagues need to issue invoices and how many locations they manage. The pricing page lists the options.

Orders and billing details

Requesting an account is free. A paid order is placed when you select a paid offer and confirm the subscription. You must have authority to order on behalf of the business. Review its legal name, billing address, contact email, plan and billing period before confirming. Keep the confirmation and receipt. To correct a billing error, send the seller the invoice reference and the details to amend.

Prices, tax and billing periods

The Moroccan website lists prices in Moroccan dirhams before tax. The amount payable, currency and applicable taxes are shown when you order. With annual billing, the monthly equivalent helps you compare plans. The annual total shown is charged in one payment. Discounts apply under the conditions displayed with the offer.

Account access and permissions

Account access requires verification of your contact details and approval of your application. Your administrator assigns permissions according to each user’s responsibilities and removes access when it is no longer needed, including when an employee leaves. Users must protect their credentials and promptly report suspicious access to support.

Permitted use

Your subscription grants your business the right to use the software within the scope and term of the selected offer. You must have the rights needed to upload each document and respect third-party rights. Accessing another company’s records without permission, bypassing access controls and reselling access without authorisation are prohibited.

Business records and personal data

You retain your rights to the content you upload. Your business chooses the records entered and the users who may view them. Check the accuracy of records, prices, taxes and documents before approving or sharing them. Our privacy policy explains the purposes of processing, who receives data and how to exercise your rights.

Intellectual property and service commitments

The publisher retains rights to the software, interfaces and documentation. Specific availability or assistance commitments are those expressly included in the accepted offer. Your business remains responsible for its accounting and tax filings. Each party is responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.

Renewal and cancellation

Your order specifies how renewal works. For a recurring subscription billed by Paddle, use the management link in your confirmation email or its buyer portal to stop the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For direct subscriptions, contact the seller with your subscription reference.

End of access and refunds

Before access ends, retrieve the records your business needs, including invoices and exports available in your modules. To dispute an existing charge, submit a separate request identifying the transaction. Our refund policy explains where to send it and which details to include.

Support and complaints

For a technical issue, open the Support tab in your account. Include the module, the action taken and what happened so the team can reproduce the issue. For a contractual question or a direct sale complaint, write to legal@zzolv.com with your order reference and the outcome you seek. Your mandatory statutory rights remain available.

Availability, liability and applicable law

Maintenance may interrupt access. In the event of a security risk, unlawful use or non-payment, access may be suspended proportionately, with notice when circumstances allow. Moroccan law applies to the direct provision of the service, subject to mandatory legal protections. Seeking an amicable resolution preserves each party’s right to bring a claim before the competent court.

Electronic contracts and consumer rights

Under Moroccan law, the formation and proof of electronic contracts are governed by the Code of Obligations and Contracts, including provisions introduced by Law 53-05. Your order confirmation, accepted terms and receipts identify the offer and payments if a dispute arises. Where a purchase falls within consumer protection Law 31-08, the buyer is entitled to pre-contract information and, in the cases covered by law, a right of withdrawal.
