Questions serious business leaders ask
Rollout, team adoption, subscriptions and billing. Find answers before equipping your business or changing plans.

Rollout and team
How long does it take to get started?
A single outlet with a few products and a till takes less preparation than several warehouses with opening balances. Prepare a sample, run a sale and record its payment, then agree on a rollout date with your team.
How can I tell whether my team will adopt the software?
Ask each person to complete a familiar task using their own permissions. Have a cashier take payment, a storekeeper receive goods and a supervisor find both records. Use what you observe to plan training.
Can we bring over our customers and products?
Use the import template available in each relevant module. Test a small batch and check references, duplicates, units and balances before importing the rest. Confirm the format and scope separately for accounting entries.
Plans and partners
What does the subscription include?
The plan lists the billing period, included modules, users and locations. Check these limits against your needs, including any migration or onboarding services you require.
Which users should I count?
List the people who need to sign in to sell, approve expenses or log hours. Keep these staff accounts separate from customers and suppliers simply listed in the directory. Check accountant access arrangements for your plan.
Can I refer another business?
The Partners page explains referrals and the route for accounting firms. Read the program terms before referring a business or counting on a commission.
Payments and billing
Why did my payment fail?
Check the expiry date, online payment limit and any authorization requested by your bank. If a charge already appears, look for a receipt before trying again.
What if I still cannot pay?
Note the time, currency, amount and error message. If you have a receipt, contact the seller named on it. Give support these details without sharing your full card number, security code or bank verification code.
Where can I find my invoice?
Check Billing in your account and look for a receipt at the email address used for the payment. If a document is missing, give support your order reference and billing period.
How do I stop renewal or request a refund?
For a Paddle purchase, use the management link in the receipt. For a direct purchase, contact the seller with the subscription reference. To dispute a specific charge, follow the site's refund policy separately.
Data and support
What happens to our data if we leave?
Before access ends, export the records available in your modules and download the supporting documents you need. Ask how to retrieve any remaining information and check that your team can open the files.
How do I contact support?
Open Support under Account and subscription, describe what you were doing and add a link to the page. You can follow replies and status changes in the same ticket.
