Size the run
Set the resin requirement per crate in kilograms. Multiply by the production target and check available stock in the workshop warehouse.
Record production variance
For a planned 100 crates, record resin actually used and pieces rejected. With two rejects, the finished lot holds 98 shippable units.
Prepare dispatch
Identify the finished lot when shipping crates. If a customer reports breakage, trace the shipment back to the resin lots used.
