Identify the part
Select the bracket and its bill of materials. Check the exact reinforced resin grade and available lot before picking material.
Record the inspection
After moulding, separate accepted brackets from rejected pieces. Record the observed defect, such as an out-of-tolerance hole, against the relevant run.
Trace affected pieces
If a defect recurs, start with the bracket lot and look up input materials and related issues. Use the trace to identify shipments to review.
